Copper electrolytic refining equipment is a fully automated industrial system that achieves high-purity purification and resource recycling of non-ferrous metals. It is widely used in primary mineral smelting and high-value recycling of electronic waste (E-Waste). copper electrolytic refining equipment achieves efficient purification and comprehensive recycling of non-ferrous metals through precise control of electron transfer between the cathode and anode via electrochemical reactions: Primary copper refining: Approximately 99% purity crude copper anode plates are purified to over 99.99% purity high-quality cathode copper (high-purity electronic-grade copper), directly used in the manufacture of power cables, integrated circuits, and high-precision copper foil. Electronic waste recycling: The mixed metal powder or copper granules after crushing and sorting of scrapped circuit boards (PCBs) undergo deep processing to efficiently extract 99.99% recycled copper. Comprehensive recycling of high-value byproducts: Inert precious metals such as gold (Au), silver (Ag), palladium (Pd), and platinum (Pt) mixed in the raw materials do not dissolve during electrolysis and deposit at the bottom of the tank, forming anode sludge. The anode mud is then processed through our precious metal refining equipment to obtain precious metals such as gold, silver, palladium, platinum, and rhodium with a purity of 99.99%.

Working Process
The copper electrolysis equipment operates as a highly automated, closed-loop industrial production process. The entire process is mainly divided into six stages: electrode preparation and precise plate arrangement → hoisting into the tank and powering on the system → isothermal electrolysis reaction → tank discharge and draining → fully automated cleaning and stripping → pure copper weighing, packaging, and warehousing.
