Product Description
Gold stripping machine is specifically designed to remove gold plating from discarded electronic products and is currently the best method for extracting gold. It is suitable for various gold-plated waste materials generated in daily life, such as waste printed circuit boards (PCBs), mobile phone boards, CPUs, RAM, integrated circuit (IC) chips, motherboards, VCDs, DVDs, televisions, game consoles, fax machines, telephones, and many other old household appliances, waste electronic components, electronic waste liquids, electroplated parts, or residues and waste from jewelry and photosensitive material factories. The system boasts a gold recovery rate of up to 99%. The stripped crude gold can be easily refined to obtain gold with a purity of 99.99% after subsequent precious metal refining processes. The stripped material can be further refined to obtain precious metals such as gold, silver, palladium, platinum, and rhodium, thus achieving the recycling and reuse of high-value resources.

Working Process
1. Preparation: Formulate and dispense the gold stripping solution.
2. Stripping: Submerge the gold-plated materials into the solution. The surface gold will rapidly dissolve into the liquid. Thanks to our patented technology, base metals such as lead, nickel, and iron remain completely untouched and will not dissolve.
3. Filtration: Filter the solution to effectively remove physical impurities and solid residues.
4. Reduction: Introduce the reducing agent (reduction powder) into the filtered solution. The dissolved gold will precipitate out as a black powder. Once the powder completely settles, it is collected to obtain high-quality crude gold powder. (The final gold purity can reach up to 99.99%).
