PCB disassembly machine are used to remove electronic components from different PCB boards. The solder on the PCB board is melted by heating, and then the PCB motherboard and electronic components are separated using rolling friction. Gold-containing electronic components can be directly processed through a gold stripping machine to obtain gold (99.99% purity). The PCB motherboard is processed through a PCB recycling machine to separate precious metal powder and resin powder, facilitating subsequent precious metal extraction.
PCB Dismantling Machine Working Process
PCB dismantling machine is used to remove electronic components on different PCB boards.Through heating, the Tin on PCB boards is melt then PCB mother board and electronic components are separated. Through rolling friction, they are separated from each other thoroughly. During the process, the exhaust gas is absorbed by activated carbon firstly for treating formaldehyde. Then water spraying makes the exhaust gas sedimentate. At last, we use a filter to deal with the exhaust gas. After the three-level treatment, there is no pollution to the environment.
PCB recycling machine is used to recycle various circuit boards, such as computer boards, mobile phone boards, TV boards, copper clad laminates and other household appliances. It can separate mixed metal and non-metal materials with a separation purity of up to 99%,Subsequently, the mixed metals undergo purification via copper electrolysis equipment to copper and anode slime. The resulting anode slime is further processed in a precious metals refining plant to be converted into 99.99% pure precious metals, including gold, silver, palladium, platinum, rhodium.
Gold stripping machine is specifically designed to recycle gold plating from waste electronic products and is currently recognized as the most efficient and ideal gold extraction solution. This system boasts a gold recovery rate of up to 99%; the stripped crude gold, after subsequent refining processes, can easily produce high-purity gold, achieving high-value resource recycling.
1. Preparation: Formulate and dispense the gold stripping solution.
2. Stripping: Submerge the gold-plated materials into the solution. The surface gold will rapidly dissolve into the liquid. Thanks to our patented technology, base metals such as lead, nickel, and iron remain completely untouched and will not dissolve.
3. Filtration: Filter the solution to effectively remove physical impurities and solid residues.
4. Reduction: Introduce the reducing agent (reduction powder) into the filtered solution. The dissolved gold will precipitate out as a black powder. Once the powder completely settles, it is collected to obtain high-quality crude gold powder. (The final gold purity can reach up to 99.99%).
Copper electrolysis equipment purifies crude copper (approximately 99% purity) to high-purity copper (over 99.99%). It is a fully automated production line deeply integrated with multiple subsystems including electrolysis, power supply, circulation, automation, and environmental protection. In the E-Waste Recycling Plant, copper electrolysis equipment is used to extract copper from mixed metal powders, producing copper with a purity of up to 99.99%.
The copper electrolysis equipment operates as a highly automated, closed-loop industrial production process. The entire process is mainly divided into six stages: electrode preparation and precise plate arrangement → hoisting into the tank and powering on the system → isothermal electrolysis reaction → tank discharge and draining → fully automated cleaning and stripping → pure copper weighing, packaging, and warehousing.

The resulting precious metal alloy blocks undergo water atomization (shotting) for fragmentation to prepare them for subsequent refining. Next, the fragmented alloy passes through hydrometallurgical extraction to achieve the separation and high-purity refining of various precious metals.To ensure environmental compliance within the workshop, all localized exhaust emissions must be equipped with dedicated ozone-based gas scrubbing systems. Additionally, all locally generated process effluents must be managed via a tailored tail-liquid collection and guiding system. This setup channels all residual liquids directly to the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring they are either safely discharged or reused only after fully meeting regulatory discharge standards.
PART 1: Through carbonization, non-metallic components such as plastics and resins are removed. After cooling, the materials are ground to facilitate the subsequent extraction process.
PART 2: After carbonization and grinding, the material enters the hydrometallurgical system for precious metal extraction.
PART 3: Through multi-stage separation, refining, and reduction, the precious metals are efficiently recovered.
PART 4: Wastewater can be discharged in compliance with environmental standards after proper treatment. The recovery rate of precious metals such as gold, silver, palladium, and platinum can reach as high as 97-99%.
Featuring a short processing cycle, the system utilizes a cyanide-free and eco-friendly hydrometallurgical process, effectively minimizing environmental impact.
In the final stages of the precious metals refining plant, the refined, high-purity liquid metal is processed into standard gold ingots, silver bars, high-purity grains/shot, or various semi-finished blanks using specialized casting equipment and molds. Given that precious metals—such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium—carry immense commercial value, possess varying melting points, and are highly susceptible to oxidation at elevated temperatures, the casting process demands stringent control over dimensional precision, metal loss (yield maximization), surface finish, and vacuum anti-oxidation. To meet these rigorous standards, we are equipped with state-of-the-art precious metal granulators, high-precision gold/silver bar and ingot molds, and fully automated vacuum bar casting machines, ensuring we comprehensively fulfill diverse requirements for both customized and large-scale production.
